Deceptive practices to take your money Thought I was watching a movie which was the only reason I subscribed. I get to episode 16 and it turns into and audio book. I contacted customer service for them to tell me that the movie is incomplete.I was charged twice as well only for them to to tell me that since I hit continue on a page where you had to continue to get off the page that I was paying for a different type of subscription. Very confusing and misleading all the way around. Beware!

fraud! you follow the link to watch a certain video, of course you HAVE to pay to watch the video even though the add said you had so long to watch for free. but once you watch 3 episodes, pay so you can get on the app, you find out the video doesn't even exist on their app. you check the website, can't navigate on it. zero point in even trying. might be some shows on there, don't know if they're finished or not cause they don't match any of the ads I was interested in. scam.

I paid to see The Chosen Luna, it played 3 episodes then switched to another drama short entirely. I thought it was going to tie into the beginning episodes but it didn't very disappointed. I definitely would like a refund. If you are going to use AI, make sure it works. Also, after I paid the characters appearance changed.
