I hate this training site and can never get my training without reaching out to support. Last time the girl assigned me to 2 incorrect practices, saying I had chosen the wrong one even though it had our logo, website and address. She loaded my maui jim training, but did it 3 times so I had to do it all three times just to complete. I had to then reach back out to figure out what postal code she had assigned me to since I don't work in Montana. Here we go again still not working.

So I completed all the training and I didn't get any of the credit for it so I basically wasted about 45 to 50 mins for absolutely nothing and then when you actually ask for any type of technical help they take about 3 to 4 days to actually reply back to you and while you're in the chat asking for the help they'll ask you do you want to read any material while you're waiting and then it doesn't even allow you to reply back so if you're here for Maui Jim training just uninstall bcz it's so bad!

The app won't open and the videos won't load and when they do the won't buffer so a 3minute videos turns out to be a 7minute video. Please sort the problem I need this for work !!!!
