I downloaded the app very easily and I felt as though it was not invasive it did not ask me for anything more than what I expected. the app itself worked very well and is put together very professionally and user-friendly I spoke with the vet tech which worked flawlessly. although I did not schedule one the app is set up to easily schedule an appointment with a Veterinarian. it appears as though it will be a useful tool in the future if needed

my (bichon) Rosie, experienced some diarrhea and guts health issues. I jumped on Airvet, via the app in a chat. I chatted with an actual Vet, no AI rot, where they recommended a specific bland diet and probiotics for a few days. Followed by slowly reintroduced her normal diet. To my surprise, the Vet followed up to check on Rosie, who had improved. Great app and great service. Rosie is a happy camper again. 😊
