Loved the idea of having a telehealth option for my fur-baby, as I am a huge user of the feature myself. Using this service for the first time was simple and easy! Excellent care. We have 3 cats 1 is medically fragile and 1 is special needs, the vets and techs have saved us time and money. Being able to reach out with concerns as to whether we need to go to the vet or if we can wait has been immeasurable.
