Ratings and reviews

We have been consistently impressed with the knowledge and virtual bedside manners of the providers with this app, from video to text chats (it's good to snap some pics before starting the chat). We have a local vet, but this app has really come in handy when issues come up at night or on weekends, and the providers have helped us avoid unnecessary pet hospital visits that would upset our cats further, and given us peace of mind, including with follow up messages.

Once you enroll you can't get to the membership page to change, cancel or delete your membership. Even if you email support they won't answer you because they just are there to take your money. Don't Download! I emailed and a week has gone by with no response. update: support contacted me after I posted this review. They did cancel my membership. I still don't know why the manage membership screen comes up blank, but it's unfortunate because doctors were good. Need better support response.

The service is great! I am so glad such a service exists. Definitely recommend it. Some improvements are needed in the app. App be a little slow, chat window doesn't update with latest chats often. Incoming and outgoing chats. Have to exit the window and open again or go from notification panel.
