The Drone Pilot Canada app allows Canadian drone pilots to easily meet Transport Canadaβs procedural requirements under the 2019 Canadian RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) regulations. Drone Pilot Canada provides a simple map interface to help identify safe flying locations.
It offers flight logging capabilities to record flight location and time, pilot and crew identification, the aircraft used, and weather at the time of the flight. Standard pre-flight checklists and procedures are built into the app and can be tailored by the user.
Pilot and crew certification data can be managed directly in the app. Aircraft registration data and maintenance log recording is included.
All user records can be exported from the tool into csv format for reporting or archival.
