With ASD Mobile, you can join into calls real-time to help families in need of instant help. Every call answered by ASD is categorized on the app. Clients have instant access to their messages with just a quick tap. Listen, read, redispatch and respond to messages, control your outgoing Caller ID, change your on-call preferences, update service information, handle online chats from your website and more, all from the palm of your hand! Please note that this app will only work if you are a current ASD client. During login, you must enter your cell phone number that is uniquely associated with contact on your ASD account.

I have had this app for three years, and gone through three different phones in that timeframe. No matter what model I have, the app resets my notifications sounds to "none" on an irregular basis. I have weeks where I'm resetting my notifications any time I'm on call, and weeks where I don't have to touch it. This has happened for the full three years that I've been using this app. Aside from that, the app keeps good records and the agents are very detailed

In the app settings there are "notification categories" named after the sounds in the app I want played during Urgent and Death notifications. In the notification categories you can only select phone sounds, which are played instead of the actual app sounds. This makes it so I sleep through the short phone sounds instead of waking up to the loud app sounds.

**Update** app was fixed. Company called me and addressed the issue and all is well!**Update** So it won't let me log in and gives me different characters when I do try to get in. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, even emailed you the problem. So I'm hoping this catches your attention and maybe fix the bug. It isn't just my phone, it is also happening to my co-workers as well. Please fix! Otherwise, it is a great app.

What's new

Added a section for Web Form, added a search feature for first call messages and added better support for pet calls, including new pet notification sounds. You can also manage your blocked texting conversations and create new helpers when editing a service. You can now bulk save or delete voice messages.
