I added a feature and now have to resetup the app. Account names, enroll in services that previously worked, I'm sure there is more, just haven't come across it yet. No surprise though, the entire bank's IT system is just not designed with the customer in mind. I'm not aware of a single upgrade that has gone smoothly. Inexcusable in today's environment.

I have only had one issue since I opened my account and it was resolved immediately. The entire staff in Martinsville office are so helpful and just plain nice

very intuitive and easy to use banking app. it even lets you send $ via zelle. for such a small bank that kind of surprised me. if you bank with BRB then you must have this app. there is nothing that i've tried or wanted to do that i couldnt do with this app besides replace a lost or stolen card. you still need to call for that, which is understandable.
