Recurring frustrations when people want simplicity and speed when wanting to do a quick check on account activity. If I felt that my account was compromised, the last thing I need is an app blocking me until I update my password or periodically forcing me to read an entire new service agreement instead of a simpler and shorter version of just the changes made since the last agreement. Give people a heads up when these changes are upcoming.

app seems to stop working and an error occurs every single night around 10PM EST. can not lock or unlock card, access bill pay or see accurate available balance. every night, it is a reoccurring issue..

Password management is not customer friendly. In March I set up the account. In July I received a notification that I couldn't read without logging into the account. Before I could log in, I was required to change my password. I never found out what the notification was. I believe the pw only updated on my phone and not my laptop. In Dec I got a notification on my phone, that requires login, but app logged me out. Neither pw worked on laptop. Sus notification is only to change pw. Frustrating
