I have been using the app for over a year, and it seems to get progressively worse. The text and messaging features, which are big reasons I actually use this app, freeze after typing a few lines. They really need to fix this, or at least acknowledge that they are trying. Once you're a customer they really don't support you very well.

Giving this 2 stars right now because the app is extremely glitchy, making it almost unusable. When replying to messages, it freezes and crashes; information is cut off and only displays partial title information. I've been a user for quite some time and love the system overall, however I am considering finding a different management system due to all the bugs and issues.

MyCase, in general, is a 4 star system, imo. As far as intuitive case management, MyCase is great. Invoicing is simple and when the rest of the features are used correctly, it's great. I will give it a 5th star when they complete more integrations (like with Google Workspace as a whole, for example). However. The mobile app leaves a lot to be desired: crashes being a main issue. One app feature I want is to be able to use the firm chat features like on web.
