MSG Reply Glitches: UNRESOLVED SINCE MAR 2023 (according to other user reviews). This app is extremely glitchy when replying to messages. It hangs up, keeps popping up to the beginning of the message while typing, and freezes constantly. It's impossible to write messages while using it or even edit messages I've copied into it. So essentially, I have to draft and finalize my replies using some other app first, then paste and make no changes before sending.

Horrendously glitchy. Horrible delay when trying to use the text feature. Can barely access any information on case details. Don't even have an option to access case details on a lead. Can't access the actual mailbox. Ultimately have to use web browser which logs you out on your desktop. And if your an ios user, you can't even properly add anything to the calendar. Android is okay with calendar but that's about it. Why even have an app?

I love MyCase. You would think I were a MC salesman with the way I talk about it. But, with the most recent "update," notifications don't work anymore. Client sends a message, nothing. Client uploads a doc, nothing. Set up a SOL notification? Too bad. This needs to be fixed. That's a basic functionality of a mobile app.
