Very disappointing experience. I have already closed my loan and requested the Loan Closure NOC through email multiple times, but I have not received any response. Customer support is not responding, and there is no proper update on my request. Such an important document should not be delayed after loan closure. Please improve your customer support and issue my NOC as soon as possible.

I applied for a loan on MoneyTap, but I am very disappointed with the experience. The loan has not been disbursed yet, even after waiting for more than 24 hours. However, autopay (eNACH mandate) has already been enabled, which is concerning. I have also sent emails to the support team, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication and delay in disbursement is frustrating. I request the team to either process the loan quickly

आप लोग कभी नही इसको इनस्टॉल करो सबसे बेकार एप्प है one of the worst loan app I tried 200 time and since 1 year but always say one things your account is disabled for money transfer but my account is my credit score 800 it is very good even it say this one I think don't install this app very bad and frustrate app already I send a message to customer care but they not try to understand and they are not help to resolve this problem
