This app is a racket to extort money from people at celebrations by adding fees and complicating what would be an easy exchange of goods for payment. Then when money is left in their system they throw more complications to get money refunded. All event organizers. for the love of your crowd don't use this *** update *** Asked for a refund and they said they'd only refund to Mexican bank accounts. absolute thieves. they must have stolen $$$ from internationals who can't get a refund due to BS

They do not return funds. They argue they are just an intermediary and do not protect it's customers. Also, forget about getting any customer support via email, they will not reply. In the venue they said the extra funds could be refunded to the original payment method but that is not true. They request several bank account details which raised security concerns and in paypal funds were never reimbursed. Also the app was not working in the venue.

Bad: Getting the money from the app to your wristband needs to be repeated every time you reload, and can't be done yourself, which is tedious and annoying. Spending money from the app on your phone is also tedious, requiring many different QR scans. Refund of unspent funds should just be automatic at the end of the event. Overall, very poor UX. 5% transaction fee is extremely steep. Good: It does perform its basic functions. Reloading money with Google Pay is easy.
