They do not return funds. They argue they are just an intermediary and do not protect it's customers. Also, forget about getting any customer support via email, they will not reply. In the venue they said the extra funds could be refunded to the original payment method but that is not true. They request several bank account details which raised security concerns and in paypal funds were never reimbursed. Also the app was not working in the venue.

Had to download this app for a golf event to purchase anything at a golf event in Playa Del Carmen.. Between the wife and I we still had over $600 US and when we went to cash out the remainder of our money , we never received our money.. Stay clear of this app as they want all your banking information and SIN number as well as your Mothers Maiden name to get your money back.. Frigging Scamers!!!
