Ratings and reviews

One of the most dysfunctional apps I have ever used. Have not been able to log on using this app for months. Simply does not work, regardless of uninstall/reinstalls, password resets, app updates, etc. Useless.

Update: I had to call customer service for assistance. They said the app login is separate to the website login. So you'll need to enroll your credit card and register a new login within the app in order to access the account through the app. Hope this clarifies.

if i can ever get this app to work maybe itll be good but after hours of trying to register and login, ive only gotten error messages...spoken with a good number of support reps over the phone and they cant figure it out either. so far just wasted about 3hours of my time trying to get it to work...trash
