I'm staying at the new Village Eastleigh: great hotel, great food & amazing staff who've all been let down spectacularly by this truly ridiculous app. It starts, and half the time the location function doesn't work, and neither does the location list. And when it does, you try to order and it freezes/crashes. You restart, and if you're lucky enough to get the location working, you try to order and it crashes again. Give your staff a break VH! Just let them offer great service and ditch the app!

Managed to login successfully, which is an improvement over most of the reviews, but the app consistently fails to locate my booking despite copying and pasting the confirmation number from the email.
