Per se the app and the idea is really good. Although the unlimited abo is a bit of a scam, as it is not unlimited ! You can only go to one lesson per day, which means it is limited to max 31 lessons! this is written just in the terms and conditions and not in the general information that you can read while changing the product. There is just the limitation written: 4 lessons at one studio. I would please suggest you change the name of the product, as it is ambiguous and does device the costumer!

This app is a scam. Works really bad, crashes all the time and managing your data and cancellation is difficult. You can't even remove your payment methods, only change them. Who knows how they handle your data. Also, bear in mind that cancelling will have a 7 day delay, so they will extend you a full month if you do it at the end of the month. Beware!

Big fan of myclubs& for me so much better than a gym membership. Smooth booking process, great variety of courses so there is always something new to try out & they have really great partner studios. Only suggestion: the customer service team is not easy to reach, takes quite some time until they reply, which can be annoying if it's something urgent.
