The ComfortStar Tech Support app is an interactive, DIY, servicing guide for HVAC technicians, contractors and licensed installers alike.

This app will allow technicians to access and share owners and installation manuals, service manuals and submittals. Technicians may create and send detailed reports for support from our tech department. These reports allow you to create and save a ticket for future references.

This app also gives you troubleshooting guides and videos. Technicians will find relevant manuals, error code guides, and be able to maintain direct communication with ComfortStar Tech Support. With this app, troubleshooting and unit repair is streamlined for a technician.

Users can also opt in to receive notifications from the app for updates and new tools being provided.
