I have used mydawa for two years now. Everything was okay until they made their new update. I've been having issues with the app such as logging in or being unable to add items to the cart. But, I was finally able to make an order only to be robbed. My order hasn't arrived, customer care isn't picking up calls, replying to emails or messages. My rider doesn't have the package the app insists he has. They've already taken my money. I can't contact them for a refund or know where my order is.

The new version is very buggy. It was a struggle signing in, and on access I find out that other than my name and phone number and email address, all of my information has been wiped: no order history, no delivery addresses, no wishlists - nothing. The WhatsApp number provided to chat with seems like a bot that can't do much other than give auto replies. This version was released prematurely. The UI is good but UX is pathetic. Please work on it fast!

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! It was a good, reliable app for a long time but as of 2025, it has gone downhill. I ordered items and freebies were missing from the manufacturer. Last time I ordered this week, only 3 out 5 items were delivered. There is no communication about it, customer service lines don't go through and they are not responding on social media or WhatsApp. Horrible customer experience. I want my refund of the undelivered items.
