One word, Unreliable! This is especially for card payment. Their system does not actually take card information to make a successful transaction. There is no problem with my card, I use it every single day and also just used it the day before yesterday in Singapore. Upon reaching customer care, they say I contact my bank. I could only just laugh. Came here to give my review and saw others with the same experience. I could say more on delivery information.

I have NEVER used this App successfully. Each time I try to complete my payments for an order, I am never successful, especially with the lipa na Mpesa option. I Have to ALWAYS reach out to their agents for assistance. The solution they offer is crediting to transacted about to your account, but this takes another hour or so... Then the delivery... not on time as stated on the App. This should just be revised to be realistic not overpromising. This is not the app to use if it's an emergency.

I've used Mydawa for years with no major issues. However of late, the both the app & website seem to have a bug, it's difficult to finalize the order when using cards. I've tried 2 different cards & got the same issue. To make matters worse, the WhatsApp customer care seem to just be tired. I was actually told "Sorry" that I couldn't place my order. Instead of looking for a solution so as to not lose the business. There is a loophole somewhere.
