MyDispatch • simply arrive — the mobile app for taxi, hire-car, and limousine companies.

Customers book trips with their company, track orders, and manage their profile. Drivers handle assigned jobs, update trip status, and manage their shift. Dispatch reviews open trips and assigns drivers.

Features (depending on what your company enables):
• Create a customer account with a company code and sign in
• Request trips and view booking status
• Drivers: accept jobs and update status (en route, at customer, completed)
• Dispatch: review, confirm, and assign open bookings
• Notifications and trip details on your phone
• Multilingual (German, English)

Note: The app belongs to a company that uses MyDispatch. Customers need their provider’s company code to register. Driver accounts are created by the company.
