tried to add the "virtual card" to: - Google Wallet - Samsung Wallet - and on two different phones in vain: firing an "invalid parameter" error message. Sent a message to suppport (ref 12960337) on May 12th, providing detailed instructions on what was done + screenshots. Received an answer on June 16th (more than a month later !) suggesting to... remove the virtual card from the wallet app (and retry)! The issue is about NOT being able to add the card, how do you expect it to be removed???

This piece of software keeps forgetting the card every single day. It's great if you like to type passwords every time you open an app. Edit: it keeps forgetting my login, it uses expired certificates, doesn't let you paste the password, it's a general mess. Please contact me if you need a developer, and you do.

Endly, the last release has replaced the card visual, the food I vomit... thank you. No possibility to contact Hellred on their website... Telephon service unpleasant. At the merchant desk, the app doesn't say how much the merchant can ask, so it's try and error. If insufficient money, terminal says "date invalide". Other rejects are quite unexplained... Very unpleasant experience!
