Ok. Restarting my S23 while at the venue worked perfectly. Hopefully, that's not something i have to do every time. Edited review: app can glitch on Android, and you might have to restart your phone...I found this out after trying everything else app-contamination related (clear cache, reinstall, clear data, reconnect to wifi....) multiple times.

I belong to the 24 hr fitness located on Blue Oaks, Roseville. When this app works, it is great! However, the app audio has not been working in over a week. I have belonged to this club since its opening 2 yrs ago. This problem has happened at least 5-6 times since joining. Why does it keep saying "I can't connect". When I check if I am connected to the club wifi, it says I am. I disconnected and reconnected the club wifi to no avail. What is the problem ? Why does it keep happening?Pls help!

Mostly happy with this app. I use it at my health club, to watch the tvs at the club, while on the treadmill. 97% of the time it works. Occasionally it doesn't work, so I can't watch tv while working out. Not sure if it is a problem with my cellphone, the wifi or the app.

Thanks for the feedback. You are actually connecting to the facilities Wi-Fi so if they are having an issue with Wi-Fi you won't be able to use the App.
