I'll re-rate if customer service ever gets back to me but so far I'm a bit disappointed. The app was causing issues and I couldn't open it. So I Uninstalled and reinstalled it. After logging back in with my recovery phrase, one of my wallets was missing all together. I dont know if I've had coins hacked, but the entire wallet is missing! Edit: yep all you had to do was add a new account and it will show up. I do recommend to MEW that you guys make that more obvious but thank you for the help

It may seem complicated at first, full of unnecessary options and frills. BUT it's just because ALL the other APPS are really REALLY pitiful. When you start using it and learning the functions and all the possibilities it offers, you understand that they(MEW Wallet) have done a near-perfect job. not only is it like using a desktop, it's better! So after almost 6 month using it I have to rise my rating to 5 STARS.

My updated review: You've earned the 5th star. And the reasons why are simple. 1st reason MetaMask is no longer an option. I'm pretty sure a majority know why. 2nd reason You're app runs great. I haven't had a crash in months. And every time I log in with the FP sensor. It's quick and smooth. Keep it up guys!!!
