Fingerprint or code access doesn't work. Will not allow access to app

While the recent update claims to be an "upgrade", the password recovery options are a joke. Sending a link to reset your password, either by text or email, takes you to a link that says "Something went wrong. To ensure your security, the password reset link must be requested and accessed using the same device and within the specified time frame. Please try again." BUT IM USING THE LINK LITERALLY FROM THE SAME DEVICE AND UNDER 15 SECONDS OF HAVING THE CODE SENT. It's been like this for DAYS now.

Very easy to use. A detailed tally of account as deposits and transactions are made would be helpful. Great App overall!
