My account has been flagged and states a cash only due to unauthorized charge to my debit card on file. late fees have been added to my bill for some time now due to this issue in the whole time I've had automatic payment turned off this morning I received a call from Nestor who went into my account took the derogatory remark off and credited my account $60. he genuinely reached out to me to correct this ongoing issue which renewed my hope for the future with Express energy.

Billing documents won't come up, biometrics don't work, no way to contact in app. Just use the website. Too much is broken on here

Service is fine but when your energy bill cost half of what your mortgage payment is, it's tough. Oncor charges to much also. To my understanding all the electric companies use oncor for service. Cost is just ridiculous these days.
