My FSCU is your personal financial advocate that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other banks and credit unions, into a single view. It’s fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your finances.

Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the My FSCU app, you must be enrolled as a Family Security Credit Union digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

This new app is missing one of the biggest data points I look for when reviewing my share draft account-which debit card generated a debit! In the old app and online the last 4 digits of the debit card was included in the entry. This helped me track who made a purchase and sometimes narrowed it down to what it was, especially on all those Amazon purchases. This being missing makes the new app almost useless. I can check my balance but that's about it. I'm VERY disappointed.

The new update requires you to either sign in with your password or use your phone's unlock PIN, and then it opens to a random account. This is extremely inconvenient and it takes a lot longer for me to do my business banking because I have to find the correct account after signing in or enter a very long encrypted password. Mobile deposit previously allowed you to use the flashlight, but that is now disabled and I get more rejected deposits. Two frustrating downgrades.

New update is horrible! I can no longer link 2 account and why remove the pin? it is a pain to check my account now. Its not like we had a option to update. update or don't get into your account. I would move banks if I didn't have a loan here, I hate it that much!!!!
