My FSCU is your personal financial advocate that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other banks and credit unions, into a single view. It’s fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your finances.

Reorder your debit card or turn it off if you’ve misplaced it.

Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the My FSCU app, you must be enrolled as a Family Security Credit Union digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

This new app is missing one of the biggest data points I look for when reviewing my share draft account-which debit card generated a debit! In the old app and online the last 4 digits of the debit card was included in the entry. This helped me track who made a purchase and sometimes narrowed it down to what it was, especially on all those Amazon purchases. This being missing makes the new app almost useless. I can check my balance but that's about it. I'm VERY disappointed.

over all.its simple to navigate and keep up with spending

No "Help" option in menu. I tried, first time ever, to deposit using my phone camera - but, because I wrote "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY" on the back of check instead of "FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY" the check was rejected and not deposited. Nowhere in the app does it explain this important detail. I am trying it for the second time and hopefully it works this time.
