I feel soooo stupid. Just went the whole first part of winter thinking I had no propane.. turns out it was full. but I still was not getting any. Heat and I couldn't understand it once. I found out I did have full tanks. I thought something was wrong. And then I just took a look. And saw the red switch on my wall. That was in the off position. the app will not let me log in something about Google and then I press confirm and it does nothing it takes my password but it gives me a sign something about Google not very happy with the app I have to go on email to get the app and that's ridiculous smart people have no common sense The thing easy for everybody

This is a horrible company. I am on automatic refill and ran out of gas Jan 22, 2025, 19° out. I called multiple times finally asked to speak to the manager, got dropped in voicemail. The manager has still not returned my call and I still do not have gas. I called a new company to switch my business to and they are more concerned than this company who is receiving my money. I also found out multiple people are in this situation. You will regret giving them your business. Do not use them!!!
