Really a very Bad experience I had with cable department. I have written Nodal desk for assistance on this issue but there is no communication from your end. Hence, I am giving 1star rating because for poor service
I seriously don't understand why you guys still exists in the market????? I've been calling your number and it says busy on another call, in the next attempt it rings but no one answers. No sony channel working, worst customer service disaster service. Will switch to airtel at the earliest
Unfortunately, the list of A-la-carte channels are getting shortened day-by-day. Various popular Regional (Bengali & others) & National News & Info, Entertainment, Sports channels are missing completely. Where as other DTH operators are offering huge number of channels to choose from their bouquet. I'd requested several times in past months to your Nodal officer, Customer care & Local office to provide customers a wide verity. Every time they have promised but failed to keep. More they're deleting some existing channels from the list without any reason!! It's truly unbelievable that in this era of Digitalization, a customer is loosing freedom to select his/her own choice!! This is called "Hathway Service"!! I think, either you're forcefully pushing your customers to avail the Package made by you only or showing the door to go for other DTH operators. And kindly keep in mind that now-a-days, it's extremely easy to change the operator for a customer. So please come up with a good number of channels in your A-la-carte bouquet. Requesting you to kindly rethink your policy. Thanks in advance.
Please help disconnect Hathway cable. I had raised a request 10 days ago. the status says resolved. Set top box isn't working and none contacted me as yet. Tried calling the number which keeps ringing for 15 min. Tried Bangalore number which never gets connected. Finally downloaded the app and complaint doesn't get registered. Fed up of hathway. please let me know the procedure to disconnect.
No matter one tries for a login, be it mobile number or account number, the app will say invalid. Don't waste your time using it. Rubbish app. Oh I am using the broadband and a valid user, btw.
I don't know how to change base plan its useless app. I tried to change my base plan several times but everytime it shows no plans available.
