full of bugs & lags. poor app performance. unable to do recharge. not working mostly I try to recharge it shows payment completed renewed your plan successfully, but again showing payment not done yet showing money in wallet . worst experience

Has improved over time. But a lot is lagging. Hathway doesnt seem to care. To begin with, its almost a year now after trai's new regime came into force, but the app logs out automatically if you use back repeatedly or close the app (not log out) causing user to log in again and again. This is very annoying thing. Though the upgrade speaks of overcoming this issue, it actually does not work. Overall this is not a user friendly app. Hope the developers take this as an opportunity to improve.

Just won't let you login easily even if the credentials are right. And there's a limit to number of times you can try to login. UI is pathetic. Not a responsive design. Lastly, even after you pay, the payments won't reflect in the app. After you call the customer service team, they will confirm the receipt payment, but app shows not paid and you end up paying multiple times.
