Just won't let you login easily even if the credentials are right. And there's a limit to number of times you can try to login. UI is pathetic. Not a responsive design. Lastly, even after you pay, the payments won't reflect in the app. After you call the customer service team, they will confirm the receipt payment, but app shows not paid and you end up paying multiple times.

very bad experience. when I open the app, it shows that you are not aurthoized to use app although connection is on my name. When I raise complaint , they by themselves close without contacting the customer

very poor, I can't even able to login such a worst app, I don't know why they created such a app which user can't use, just clearly fooling around us, no customer care at all, very bad experience I think I need to stop this network entirely ☹️
