FRAUD/SCAM, book a flight on their website ,got my eticket however upon checking the Airlines app contact details like mobile and email is different. Suspicious transactions from my credit card after few days that forcefully block my credit card. I call the agent to check and change my contact details , mobile phone and email address within and Hour. no response from them. this give more stress instead peaceful holiday

The plus is that I easily could phone them upon the problem and describe the situation. The drawback is that I did not receive ticket and money refund will take time, thought it took only 30 minutes to get known that the tickets they solved were unavailable, at least for that price. They don't check anything before you pay. They start checking and ordering after you pay. They promised to return money within 2 weeks. If they return. I hope. This is first time in my life.

I booked my hotel and I paid by credit card through the app. and upon check-in, the receptionist told me that they didn't receive the amount from the app, and I have to pay the full amount here! I called this app's number but no answer! I agreed to pay the amount again as cash with the hotel's tariff "which is more expensive than the amount I have paid already through the app", then I send a refund request e-mail many times, until I got my money back finally after 3 months of sending e-mails !!
