MyHome has been abysmal for quite some time. Every time I try to make an appointment ,9/10 times it's not available. For example, I book for 12pm and says it's not available so I try different times until I get lucky and even if I get a time they almost always late or never show up. Why show us available times in the first place? I try to call customer service but the number is unavailable so you're forced to go through whatsapp where they apologize and the cycle happens again and again.

I've had multiple bad experiences with this app. More than three times in the past two months, I requested a technician, and the payment was deducted. I received confirmation that my request was accepted and a technician was assigned, but no one ever showed up. Not once did the technician call to cancel, nor did anyone from customer support reach out to apologize or resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service make this app unreliable.

Although the app is OK, the customer service falls short. You try to contact someone, and they can't help you out. They promise calls, but nobody calls back. They did a no-show for a cleaning. I asked for a refund and still have yet to get it or anyone willing to give me information on when I can get a refund. I do not recommend MyHome services to anyone.
