A phone is the single point of failure in almost every plan. If it is flat, forgotten, lost or stolen, so is every number in it. My Home Call is the backup.
HOW IT WORKS
Set up your account in the app in minutes and add the people you trust.
If your own phone is flat, forgotten, lost or stolen, borrow any smartphone. Type myhomecall.com into the browser, enter your name and take a photo of your face.
Your trusted contacts are there. Nothing to install on the borrowed phone, and not a single phone number shown or stored.

• Share your exact what3words location, accurate to a three metre square
WHEN IT HELPS
• A phone is flat, forgotten, lost or stolen
• Being separated from the group on a trip or a day out
• Plans change and a trusted contact needs to be reached
• Someone doesn't have a phone of their own
SAFE BY DESIGN
• The facial image is never stored. It is converted to an encrypted code, and the original is deleted.
• No message history is ever saved.
• Personal phone numbers are never displayed or stored on the smartphone used.
• Only the trusted contacts you approve can be reached.
• The facial image and consent are refreshed every year.
• Compliant with UK laws on general data processing regulations (GDPR).

Children, Students, parents, families, travellers, event and festival goers, and anyone who wants a way to reach home that does not depend on carrying a device.
You can set up your own account from age 13. To set up an account that includes someone else, such as a child, you need to be 18 or over.
