Not worth the $. I purchased the full subscription. The only service I haven't tested is the insurance. Everything else is inferior to the free services I already use through Credit Karma & Google's "Results about you" service. The credit/ID alerts I get from IDX come WAY later than multiple others I get free elsewhere. 1-step credit Lock/Unlock doesn't work. I still had to go to each bureau. Couldn't import passwords, so still paying separately for my old password manager. No trial/refunds.

They don't seem to return voicemails. Worthless software provided for a data breach and someone stole my identity and set up accounts, and I can't seem to get any help from them. Update: people are still trying to setup credit cards under my name and IDX has yet to do anything to help fix this. This company is either an absolute joke, or fake software. I'm still waiting for IDX to acknowledge my existence. it's been over a month and still nothing from them. My identity is still stolen.

are you kidding me...I have Norton 360, Discover and quite a few others that monitor data breach, passwords compromised. I have been notified that my social security number is on the dark web, my email, my passwords etc This app says everything is fine, no worries. How do you get away with it? Because I had experienced a data breach the agreement. I see grounds for an investigation. I demand an explanation.
