I have tried to download the app on and off for the last month and a half. When typing nothing shows and then it says bad error. I am unable to make an account and it is very upsetting as I typically love going to insa. But I prefer places that have apps and loyalty points. Please fix glitch so I can start using and resume going. Thank you.

does not even work every time I downloaded I have to remove it because it's no use. you cannot see what you're typing it says that there was an error if you request for a forgotten password it still says there's an error you cannot again see anything you're typing it's just garbage a total waste of time and energy again this isn't the first time it's all

App does not work. When trying to login, no text shows up when typing, fields remain blank. There is no way to even login or make an account and access the app, view points, or anything. Doesn't work at all.
