Ratings and reviews

I keep going back to iMPlayer trying to keep giving it a chance. Just not optimized for Google Onn or Nvidia Shield Pro. Crashes more often than not. Seems to get paralyzed and unusable during playlist updates--actually just shuts down. Read other reviews and would agree that the app has a "super clunky" UI is an accurate description. I also own two of iMPlayer competitors in this space, and wouldn't waste my time or money given the better options out there.

I think the app overall is great. I'm tempted to buy the pro subscription but I just think the UI is super clunky to use. although it looks great, on fire TV I feel like some optimisation is necessary to make it worth it. I really struggle navigating the system, and what you'd find would be typical just isn't. I hope to see some improvements relating to this. but nevertheless definitely one of the better apps I've used.

Wasn't easy to get moving, on a smartphone, but eventually and interestingly might I add, I did succeed with touchscreen being a remote in this particular app, don't ask me how I don't know. Couldn't get past first few channels in the list, scrolling past 9 channels just automatically returns me to the top #1 and can't get past. Nevertheless, those few channels convinced me the app is great and will be going to my tivo Streams 4k. Mobile version app gives me way harder time though.
