Don't expect any support from the team even you chose pid service as well. I have raised multiple support ticket (#771004 & #767633) scheduled google meet from their end as well. I joined meeting and waited for the support team, but no one joined the call. Now the ticket is in closed state without resolving the issue. There is no customercare number to contact them. So think twice while closing them by watching adds...

The form fill process is smooth. But I faced issue on follow up. Everything is automated, so all responses are with errors!! I wantedto correct some entry, so logged a call within 10minutes but received email saying within 2 hour responce but after 48 still no response and meanwhile their system uploaded my return with wrong values. I paid for filing and CA verification, but I doubt CA verified my filing. Their support is non existent. Keep away from this app as on e you are in trouble no one is

You encourage to take the option of CA review. Provide a timeline to finish the review and then you never oblige. Then on creating a ticket also no helps.. Looks like even though I submit the return before deadline your team will make me a defaulter.
