I availed their service to file my return and have been stuck for the past week. There are no progress updates, and the status is still showing as 'Under Review'. Unfortunately, they don't provide helpline numbers, and support tickets are automatically closed. Emails only receive automatic replies. Just a heads up, be aware before using their service.

After taking payment for the simplest of IT return (only tuition and interest income below 3 lacs..how much simpler can it get?), they could not file the return on some pretext or the other for almost a week! Worst, they have no customer care..their idea of customer care is redirecting you to FAQ page! No helpline number! After wasting 6 days with their app, I finally filed the return on IT Deptt site in 3 mins (not joking!). After wasting Rs 99, not worth wasting any more time with them.

Very bad customer service. They are not even professional enough to respond to the email sent. No contact number provided hence can't talk to them either. The experts were supposed to review my tax returns and file but even after 15 days no updates from them and deadline is approaching. Even after multiple reminders, no one from the team is getting back to me. Avoid there service.
