Had an outage and was able to report it. App shows multiple outages reported AND power was restored, but NO power still and no timestamps other than the date, with multiple outages in same area on the same date. Timestamps for information is a necessity. Cannot reach anyone to get an accurate update on power restoration. Cannot see current usage outside of monthly bill, which isn't helpful for daily tracking. Payment method verification for is dumb and a lot of energy.

When it works it's good. But more than half the times it does not work. Keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet when I try to open the app. ***updating review. No connectivity issue fixed in last update, it worked for a while, but now it's saying there are no accounts linked to my profile, I try to link an account but it keeps saying "we're unable to fulfill your request"

Overall a good app for users. Last version did not have issues with USB debugging, this one does. Annoying because that's used by power users to ensure device access if a screen/digitizer has faults. 3 stars for that reason. Update 2023-08-07. Users not advised that app has periodic issues with iOS. This when the company has moved to doing most operations from the app. And still no update for leaving USB debugging on for Android. Sloppy. 2023-11-15. Updated & still won't run with USB debugging.
