About this app

The myKaarma DirectConnect application is a mobile application for Automotive Dealerships.
It provides functionality and features to streamline the interaction with Service Customers who have appointments or vehicles being serviced at the Dealership.

It interfaces with most common Dealer Management Systems and allows the dealer to Communicate with the customer via email, text messages and voice calls.

PLEASE add Service Cart function to the Android app. It is unusable in our use case without it and I'm basically forced into the unfortunate circumstance of having to buy an iPhone. Furthermore, constant issues of videos not being uploaded. Not being sent to customers, etc. As something that's mandatory and costing us money, it's extremely frustrating.

App will crash, freeze, not upload pictures, send black video with audio, or send video with no audio or visuals. Keeps saying memory is full. Will randomly store inspection videos to my phone. Cannot use zoom or flashlight, cause then the video doesn't upload correctly. Cannot have other apps running or it will not upload videos correctly. Will not scan VINs at times. Overall this app sucks. Also sucks that its mandatory for my job

its 2026 and this app is useless if you have an android. I have a galaxy s24 ultra and cant do any inspections with it. our dealer has to use ipads if we use an android. like I have a pair of glasses that can stream live to apps but this company cant get android to work is the dumbest thing ever. they came by our dealer and said they were working on making the app better and tbh nothing has changed and the people that came in lied to us saying we can use android and thats just not true at all.
