It always hangs. I'm a premium subscriber and the region section hangs the most. When trying to get into the app, I have to force close it several times for it to connect to their servers. Then when it does come up a different selection starts to hang. Very buggy. Thank you for allowing us to pay for your product while you get the kinks out. The FREE PDF you offered to your customers who spent a lot of money for your products worked so much better!

The Lockout Man
Everything says premium. I don't mind paying if necessary however it doesn't give you an easy option to do so. I like seamless apps. I continue to use what works. This hasn't worked so far! I may uninstall it immediately. I'm waiting to see if they respond to this review and help me resolve the problem if not Auto Pro pad app and the ilco reference guide in PDF format are my go to always.

Like many others, I used the app regularly, but several days ago it stopped providing any information at all, other than my account information. I now have to carry a heavy and cumbersome machine, with limited battery life around to get the same information!! As an update to the foregoing, I changed my password, re>entered my SmartPro details, tested on laptop (all working), then tested app (still hanging), then uninstall and re-loaded the app, all seems to work now!
