Everytime I open the app, I get a pop up saying no Internet. I will have data connection and WiFi connection, and I will still get the pop up. It won't let me log in either. It's also supposed to charge me only once a month, and it's charging me twice. I can't afford to pay almost $200 a month. This service is a rip off and they go against their word.

I am stationed on Naval base Pensacola and that's where I met Connor. A very nice gentleman who was extremely polite and helpful with not only information regarding what I was getting into, but providing great advice about what to purchase and how much it would cost. He landed great key points and was overall an amazing representative for this company. I hope to receive my product soon and hope Connor gets a raise for his commitment and kindness to patrons and passerbys.
