Ratings and reviews

I've been a Mylio+ user for a couple of years. While I love the idea and the design of the app, it's always buggy, slow, and since the last update, simply unusable. From the latest reviews, I see I'm not the only one with these issues. They simply released an unstable application. I have almost 200K photos on Mylio (with three vaults and multiple other devices). I can't afford these problems. It's a waste of my time and a potential risk of losing my files. Work on it or I'll cancel my sub.

I've had this for over a year and rely on it to work every time. In the past with tech support, they don't resolve issues and don't offer solutions, told me once, "we don't have that hardware to work on your issue." So I backup when I can, but not confident with this software. I still get random app closures( with 3 separate phones) and an sdcard storage crash. They also increased the price...with the same problems. When it works, its great, but it's only ever been 60percent functional, ever.

The biggest problem is the subscription part. I have no money anymore to continue the subscription and lost everything. Also, just like with Microsoft Word, excel, and other software, most of the features I don't use. It is also too complicated. 3 different ways to do facial recognition. Weird. I just want to organize my photos and that is it. Too complicated.
