does what it's supposed to love the history option and no charge for 1 year for service

I downloaded this after purchasing a tracki for cats - This is NOT the right app! Not sure why QR code and website point here. Calling customer support made me realize that they wanted a different app for device activation (Tracki GPS app)

I've tried to cancel this app many times to no avail, yet I'm still getting billed for this app. I even deleted my account within the app and deleted this app from my phone.
