Cons: 1. Users cannot pay as they go. They must choose amounts listed. The starting amount is $20, and this does not align with the price to wash/dry, so the company is taking more money than necessary. 2. There was no reliable customer service support when I had an issue. I paid for the dryer, it didn't start, and when I called I "spoke" to an automated voice which suddenly stopped responding. 3. Even though I also sent a message via the app, I have not received a response. Pro: easy set up.

takes my money but doesn't connect. its supposed to make life easier but it never connects to the machine, then if you try to connect again, it takes your money twice! I lost like $10 just trying to get the machine to start! worst app ever! THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING EVER! YOU UPDATED YOUR POLICY, MADE ME REREGISTER AND I LOST ALL THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!! I HATE THAT MY APERTMENT USES YOUR APP!!!

Worst app ever. There is a current coin shortage. This app is supposed to make things easier. It never connects to any machine. Tells you to call. Then customer support has no idea how to help. Mobile data is on. Bluetooth is on. Location is on. Connected to correct room and has funds to use...but still will not connect. Customer support should be able to access machines remotely to help troubleshoot.
