I would strongly recommend this showroom to friends and families. I have purchased 2 cars from Mahindra and the staffs here are very friendly and dynamic, never missed my calls, gave me realtime updates and recommendations. And they take care of my vehicles like their own. My vehicle Manager name is Akash, this person definitely needs a pay rise along with a promotion, he is just amazing and takes care of things for me even if he not available. Clearly shows the experience and management skill

It's a very good application, however, booking of appointment for repairs should be separate from servicing. It should be more friendly. Spairs should be readily available or obtained immediately to avoide delay and trouble. Repair assessment process be started immediately on booking of appointment by dialogues and through whatsapp so that most of the spares are made available in advance and the work is done in optimum time and customers don't need to come back second time.

Subject: Booking status not updating I have recently booked a Mahindra vehicle, but the M4U app is not showing any details or status updates regarding my booking. It still shows the default screen as if no booking exists. This makes it difficult to track the delivery timeline. Please look into this backend syncing issue and update my profile.
