About this app

MyMasjidScreen brings your mosque to your phone, and turns any TV in the mosque into a beautiful prayer-time screen.

FOR EVERYONE – ON YOUR PHONE
• Your mosque's own prayer times and Iqamah, with a live countdown
• Listen to the Friday khutbah live when your imam broadcasts
• News from your mosque: announcements, events, Janazah notices and fundraising – share them in one tap
• Adhan notifications at every prayer time, with an optional reminder before
• No mosque listed nearby? Use your location for calculated prayer times (Muslim World League, ISNA, Umm al-Qura, Egyptian, Karachi and more; Hanafi Asr available)
• Qibla compass pointing to the Kaaba
• The Holy Quran with the Uthmani text, English translation and 12 reciters – plays verse by verse and on into the next surah, even with the screen off. Repeat a surah or a single ayah for memorising
• Morning, evening and after-prayer adhkar with sources, and a tasbih counter
• Zakat calculator (gold or silver nisab)
• Monthly timetable with Hijri dates and the days of note: Ramadan, Eid, Arafah, Ashura, the white days
• Ramadan countdown to suhoor and iftar
• Weather for your town, a home-screen widget with the next prayer, and adjustable text size
• English, العربية, Svenska and Soomaali

FOR IMAMS AND MOSQUE MANAGERS – THE IMAM REMOTE
• Control every screen in your mosque from your phone
• See which screens are online, and a live picture of what each one shows
• Ask everyone to silence their phones before the prayer
• Put a short message on the screens, for example about parking or a Janazah
• Switch between prayer times, news, or both; refresh, restart, standby and wake
• Every command waits for the screen to confirm, so you know it really happened
• For mosque admins and managers only, with a secure sign-in

FOR MOSQUES – ON THE TV
• Turn any Android TV or Fire TV into a prayer-time display
• Pair in seconds with a code – no typing on the TV
• Premium themes for prayer times, announcements and fundraising, managed from mymasjidscreen.com
• Adhan and Iqamah countdowns, "Salah in progress – please silence your phone", Jumu'ah and Ramadan modes
• Donation QR codes, news ticker, live stream and emergency alerts
• Keeps showing the correct times without internet, using the saved timetable
• Sleep hours and night dimming to save power and protect the screen
• Remote control from the website or the Imam remote: switch mode, refresh, restart, see a screenshot
