I swear, I have had nothing but trouble with the new app when it comes to EXTERNAL ACCOUNT linking and transfers. For the umpteenth time, I have asked it to connect to an external account, and Max made the two microdeposits. Now when I log in to REPORT what those deposits were, there is not evidence that I started the process. I have has ZERO satisfaction with Max, and if it was not for the higher rate money market account I would never use it again. Do not use their checking accounts of this ap

I don't care for how the new app works at all. It does not allow you to name accounts as they were in the last app. Bill Pay is very difficult to utilize. You cannot skip a "single" payment, you cannot alter the amount of a "single" payment without updating every payment, there are multiple steps to see what one payment is. The app is not clear at all. Not a fan and would rather have the last app back.

How can I trust this app when transactions I placed 2 days ago are not showing up. There's no way my balance is correct. Money comes out with debit instantly but it isn't showing on my transactions. Gonna have to swap banks. I've been with them almost 10 years and the old app worked fine. This one is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
