It looks like it would be good at first. But I can't figure out how to search transactions by amount. It either shows no transactions (when there absolutely are) or shows transactions that make no sense. Also, I'm a signer on a family member's account, just in case of emergency, and their accounts show up in my list so I have to be very careful making transfers. :/

I swear, I have had nothing but trouble with the new app when it comes to EXTERNAL ACCOUNT linking and transfers. For the umpteenth time, I have asked it to connect to an external account, and Max made the two microdeposits. Now when I log in to REPORT what those deposits were, there is not evidence that I started the process. I have has ZERO satisfaction with Max, and if it was not for the higher rate money market account I would never use it again. Do not use their checking accounts of this ap

I don't care for how the new app works at all. It does not allow you to name accounts as they were in the last app. Bill Pay is very difficult to utilize. You cannot skip a "single" payment, you cannot alter the amount of a "single" payment without updating every payment, there are multiple steps to see what one payment is. The app is not clear at all. Not a fan and would rather have the last app back.
