this whole experience needs a major facelift. first, if the app is installed, you get redirected to it from the browser automatically, so you can't deal with your billing or upgrade your account until you uninstall the app, which is ridiculous. second, there has to be a thumbs down button to filter out songs we don't like. there are a few on here that are wretched to listen to when performing massage, and that get way louder than other tracks. third, it's laggy and there's no repeat all button.

signed up for the trial and decided it wasn't for me but had trouble figuring out how to cancel trial before I was charged. customer service refused to give me my money back even though I have not been using the service. now I can't even figure out how to find out how to cancel .

I enjoy the music. It definitely sets the mood for my treatment room. And customer service has been great and efficient anytime I've needed to contact them.
