very disappointed. downloaded a few months ago and really liked the setup. I liked that I could see the different tracks and enjoyed picking through the music to customize my sessions. Then an update happened, it was hard to navigate the new changes, and the app was on recognizable to me. I can't skip tracks, and in some of the deep relax playlists -suddenly the next track plays and it's an upbeat awful Lo-Fi which ruins session. Its awful! AND TOO EXPENSIVE!

Do not purchase this app. It has changed from a barely-functional streaming app to a niche hobbyist immersion app where you cannot view or skip tracks. The major update came after a full years' purchase. The app also kills itself every 2 hours on Samsung devices despite all battery setting changes- they are aware of this bug and continue to market it for these devices. No fix coming til August, if it ever does.

signed up for the trial and decided it wasn't for me but had trouble figuring out how to cancel trial before I was charged. customer service refused to give me my money back even though I have not been using the service. now I can't even figure out how to find out how to cancel .
