can you stop forcing user to update? yes update is good, but whenever im opening the app just to show barcode to the cashier, but i have to wait for 2-3 minutes for the app to update and install because YOU FORCE TO UPDATE! that 2-3 minutes inconvenience i had to cause can significantly cause a long queue at the cashier. LEARN SOME UX lah

I managed to use it once upon installation. Now no longer usable! Kept on giving me OFFLINE error! Gave me Free coffee vouchers, but can't use. After updates my free vouchers GONE! Left with RM1 off. Decided to use it, then coffee machine in service!! Several days after, the app having the same ERRORS AGAIN! AGAIN! WHAT A LOUSY APP & SERVICE!

Previously facing the no internet connection problem when open the app. After report the problem to myNews teams via problem, fast response & action been taken. Now, the problem already solved. Thanks again for taking action & fast response to solve the problem.
