About this app

myNextDays is the app for the eponymous management system for vacation homes, apartments, and hotels. It's designed for businesses already managing their accommodations with myNextDays: The app uses the same data as the web dashboard—but on the go, on your phone.

Everyone sees what's relevant to their role. Upon login, the app recognizes whether someone manages the business, works on the team, or owns a property, and displays the appropriate interface accordingly.

FOR BUSINESSES

• Overview: Arrivals, departures, and guests in the property all in one line. Below, only the information that requires immediate action—pending approvals and open conversations.

• Calendar: Occupancy as an individual view for each property or as a multi-view across all properties and units.

• Bookings: List and detailed view showing the guest, dates, prices, payments, additional services, and the complete booking timeline.

• Inbox: Read and respond to guest messages from all connected channels in one place.

• Listings: Manage properties, descriptions, guest information, and custom fields.

• Reviews: Read and respond to received reviews.

FOR STAFF AND CLEANERS

• Task list and task calendar with checklists for each room.

• Photo verification directly from the camera when a task requires it.

• Notification to your phone as soon as a task is assigned or changed.

FOR OWNERS

• Your own properties with an occupancy calendar and photo album.

• Payouts and occupancy statistics.

• Submit requests for personal use and track their status.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO

• No tracking, no advertising, no analytics or advertising SDKs.

• No sales within the app. The subscription is directly between us and the business; the app contains neither a purchase request nor a purchase link.

• No location access, no access to contacts, and no access to the photo library. The camera is only accessed when a task requires photo verification.

ACCESS

An existing myNextDays account is required to use the service. Businesses can register in the app; employees, cleaners, and owners are invited by their business.

ACCOUNT AND DATA

The account can be deleted in the app under "Account." This happens immediately for employee, cleaner, and owner accounts. A deletion request is generated for the account holder because the entire business is linked to this account, and booking receipts must be retained for five years by law; the request is visible and can be withdrawn in the app. Without the app, you can delete your account at https://mynextdays.com/konto-loeschen.
