Can somebody help. I can Not seem to send a Message or open a message it's all accepted on the other end. I can not even delete a former person. I tried 37times according to my settings. I am getting Frustrated. But it sure took money fast and I over bought as I thought I was paying for words. But it's not working 😢. Thank you Thank You for Responding. I was on Jail Info. I called and a Nice person gave me the Website. Smart Jail Mail. Thanks again. The app under Jail info i was trying 🤣

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties. There is no messaging in this app nor any opportunities for payment. This is a free app and does not accept payment of any kind. If you are having issues with the app please send a diagnostic report through the app settings.

This and the other Lee County app both open to the loading screen and sit and spin. What is going on? I've had them for a month or so UPDATE: I RESET MY NETWORK SETTINGS IN GENERAL SETTINGS AND NOW THE APP WORKS GREAT! HAVE A BLESSED DAY!

Needs to be updated. In custody shows inmates still in even though they've been released.
