stupid app. can't login even though i had activated the modem. very bad coming from the largest telco provider in Indonesia.

can't login to my account... was working fine last month, but now my login details are no longer registered... even though I can see that my wifi router is registered to my login account details via forgot password

Awful app, customer service, and customer experience. Buying for quota top up product and after the payment was successful, the quota was not there yet until now. Asked for the cs and said that must wait until 4 days. Is this a joke? I am telling you this is not the first time this problem occurs. And you're not learning from mistakes and complaints.
