Entertainment packages purchased to #Myorbit #telkomsel doesnt guarantee you automatically connected to watch the disney, prime, etc movies. After complaining Veronica, the Orbit CS helped in the process, but no effect. Very bad service! Everytime has to ask from useless CS. I am not sure of the complicated relations between myorbit, telkomsel and other parties. Application error all times, something fishy going.

Since 9 April 2024, MyOrbit app could show only its main menu and no more! because when we got the main menu, there's not other menu or tab that could be selected, it's just froze. So customer can not check other details, and the most disappointing...we could not even buy/topup the credit/data package. How dismal!

1) Bad UX - Keeps asking to relogin when opening the app. So frustrating how it doesn't even remember the basic Orbit info (number/email). 2) Poor maintenance planning - Blocking all user activities without prior notice or PNs reflects negligence. Two days of unable to check our quota or do top ups is unacceptable. 3) Unreliable performance - Being alerted with low quota & empty progress bar only to find out the old package is still available after purchasing a new one, is an outright absurdity.
